How to request a return:

You will receive a free return label via email.
Print the label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any Post Office.
Refund:
Once we receive the item, the refund will be processed automatically and you will receive a confirmation email.
Credit times may vary: 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
If you paid via PayPal, the refund is usually available in your account the same day.

Which doors/drawers are they compatible with?
Our knobs are compatible with most cabinet doors and furniture pieces.
Each knob comes with a standard 30 mm screw, suitable for panel thicknesses between 16 mm and 25 mm (perfect for all IKEA furniture).
If your furniture has a different thickness, simply specify the measurement when placing your order, and we’ll send the correct screw:
- Thickness 6–15 mm → 20 mm screw
- Thickness 16–25 mm → 30 mm screw (default, IKEA compatible)
- Thickness 26–35 mm → 40 mm screw

How do I measure the thickness of my furniture?
To choose the correct screw, it’s important to know the thickness of the door or drawer where you’ll install the knob.
👉 You can measure it in two ways:
- Using a measuring tape or ruler: measure the edge of the door/drawer (the side part) in millimeters.
- On the manufacturer’s website: most suppliers (e.g., IKEA) list the thickness of doors and panels in their technical specifications.
